Sitecore Custom EXM: Custom Email Template in Sitecore

 

Adding the Branch Template to EXM

We will add the custom template to both the above-highlighted Email Campaigns.

Go to the below path and duplicate the one-column message branch template. 

Presentation details of the Message Root look like below:

Now, Add our Template to the insert options of all the Message Types:

Each Message type has an item called Default which helps to specify the Templates that are considered Default for each type.

Now after that, Regular and Triggered email campaigns can use our custom EXM template :
